New York City is at a Crossroads.
The November election will determine the City’s fate — not just for the next four years, but for future generations.
Voters face a high-stakes choice. They must choose between extremist policies that threaten progress toward a more affordable, equitable, and safer City, and measured, mainstream, and experienced leadership that will ensure a prosperous future for everyone.
For too long, too many voters have been disenfranchised, their voices drowned out by the radical positions held by a well-organized and vocal minority. As a result, elections are decided by a small number of individuals whose views are often far outside the mainstream.
No longer.
Fix the City is focused on empowering and mobilizing the mainstream majority of New Yorkers. We are providing voters with the tools they need to make their voices heard – not just in this election cycle, but in the years to come.
And now the City must elect an effective leader who understands how government works and how to get things done. We believe that is Andrew Cuomo. And we believe that the mayor’s race is the first of what will be a series of elections that will determine the fate of our city.
There is no doubt that a small number of individuals with views that are out-of-step with everyday New Yorkers have been emboldened by the results of the June primary. They intend to replicate their success across the city, state, and nation.
Now is the time for mainstream voters to mobilize and organize to protect pragmatic lawmakers and support likeminded candidates who are committed to governing in a manner that actually and effectively represents the interests of all New Yorkers.
Who is Fix the City, Inc.?
Fix the City, Inc., is an independent expenditure committee (IE) organized under New York law that was initially established to support the mayoral candidacy of Andrew Cuomo and expanded its mission in June 2025 to oppose the election of Zohran Mamdani.
Under New York City’s current election structure, mayoral campaigns that accept public funding are limited in terms of the contributions they may accept and limited in how much the campaign may spend. As a result, IEs have come to play an important role in citywide elections. IEs cannot coordinate their activities with a candidate or a campaign, but are permitted by law to support the election of a particular candidate and work to bring about that candidate’s success on Election Day.
What May I Contribute?
